Next retreat...

Scrapbooking Retreat Spring 2009

Gather all your scrapbook supplies & a friend and join us for our bi-annual scrapbooking retreat.

Date: March 20th at noon through March 21st at 7pm
Place: Three Mountain Lodge in Clifton, Texas
Price: $95/ $45 for Saturday only
Includes: Lodging, food, access to our stamps and tools, & a goodie bag
Add-ons: $20+ tax for an upgraded room (limited)
Classes: Pictures available on our blog Feb 1st
T-Shirt: Available for $15

Dead-lines: VIPs by January 20th with $45 non-refundable deposit
Open Registration January 21st with $45 non-refundable deposit
ALL Remaining funds due: March 1st
(Includes remaining retreat fee, class fees, t-shirt, and special order).
Cancelations: By March 1st with a refund, afterwards- no refund (includes deposit, class fund, etc...)
Late Fees: Signing up to participate in retreat after March 1st will be a $10 fee.

Winter Retreat Evaluation

For the Spring Retreat, Three Mountain Retreat has raised their prices and will be charging for the use of their kitchen in the future. What are you willing/able to pay? Here is a rough break-down of our costs- is there something you could do without?

Here's what to bring!

Things to Bring (in General):

  • Stamps, Ink, Tools, Supplies including adhesive (please stock up!), paper trimmer, scissors, & a stamp cleaner
  • Personal Projects & supplies
  • Comfortable Clothing- shoes/slippers, socks, hair ties, don't forget your pajamas too! (Plus toiletries, reading glasses, deodorant, etc...)
  • Pictures to crop
  • Something to store your projects in (like a bin , file folder, etc)
  • Extra $$$ for the store
  • Snacks- everyone brings some to share (water might be good to bring as well)
  • Secret Sister Gifts
  • Linens for a twin bed & pillow (they are not providing them- we provide our own-INCLUDING PRIVATE ROOMS, so don't forget!)
  • Magazines or Catalogs to inspire you
  • Your enthusiasm!!! :)

Things to bring to the classes:

All classes will need sharp scissors and adhesive (we will not provide adhesive). Some projects recommend sticky tape- which can be purchased through Stampin’ Up! or a craft store (I’ve even seen it at Wal-Mart- but it’s not as long-lasting). These lists are designed for you to gather to make the classes go quicker, but if you do not have the supplies- don’t fret, they’ll be there for you (except adhesive!)
