If you never change anything it wwould still be great. After this one I can't think of anything I'd like you to change.

To go along with LM's comment maybe we could shorten the time for next winter retreat and do it in October? I know we did it in November for booking issues this time and that is the same case in the spring but maybe we could do the next winter retreat a bit sooner??? That way the spring retreat won't come as fast and people have longer to save their money....

Dits--I wouldn't change a thing...it does seem like it takes FOREVER to get to the winter retreat, but October can be a really hard month for me work wise, but I will do whatever I can to be there.

It was WAY fun...I especially like the rockin' toilet in our house!

I loved it all and wouldn't change a thing.

I do not think anything needs to be changed. In the Spring we won't have the gift classes, so that we can get more scrapbooking done.

Two suggestions: 1. If you pay for a private room, you should get a private room - not shared with two or three people. 2. Too many projects were on Saturday. Maybe offer less projects or spread it out between Friday and Saturday. Overall the retreat was awesome and I can't wait for the next one!

I just wanted to address the "private room" comment. I agree that Saturday's classes were too heavy and we needed to space that out better. The original form that everyone filled out uses the phrase "upgraded room" which is more appropriate verbiage. The rooms are all governed by Three Mountain Lodge and they would actually prefer everyone to sleep in the bunk house. The only individuals who got "private" rooms were those that had personally requested them due to snoring (etc) issues. I hope this makes sense, all-in-all we are to try to fill the upgraded rooms in a way that everyone is comfortable while still complying to the rules TMR has for their houses. So the extra $20 goes toward your more private room (than the bunk house) with a more private bathroom, and access to the livingroom/kitchen, etc in those houses. I hope that explains why we set it up that way, and actually the way we set it up didn't end up staying that way- so maybe we should be more firm with who stays where. We will have to see what works out for next time.
